• Instructional guidance for manufacturing weapons of mass destruction
• Content inciting genocide or ethnic hatred
• Non-consensual deepfake sexual content targeting real individuals

2.2 Strictly Restricted — Subject to Review

• Adult content: only on compliant platforms that have completed age verification
• Violent content: must have a clear creative or educational context
• Politically sensitive content: content that may be misleading
• Medical / legal / financial advice: must comply with the regulations of the applicable jurisdiction

2.3 General Prohibitions

• Generating or spreading misinformation and rumors
• Impersonating real individuals, brands, or organizations
• Infringing intellectual property, likeness, or privacy rights
• Using AI-generated content to deceive users by claiming it is human-created
• Mass-producing spam or fraudulent content
• Jailbreak prompts intended to bypass platform safety mechanisms

3. Age Requirement

Users must be at least 13 years old, or the higher age of consent required by local law; users aged 13 to 17 may use the service only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Accounts that violate the age requirement are terminated immediately.

4. User Responsibilities

• You must hold the necessary rights or licenses to the inputs you upload
• You retain ownership of your inputs; content you generate belongs to you
• You grant the platform a limited license for product improvement and lawful marketing; public display requires separate consent
• You are fully responsible for how you use the outputs; AI results may contain errors or biases

5. Prohibited Content

5.1 Dangerous or illegal activities

• Creating illegal content or inciting unlawful acts
• Misusing others' privacy, likeness, or biometric information
• Content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Content related to illegal drugs, weapons, or other prohibited goods and services
• Non-consensual tracking or surveillance content
• High-risk automated decisions without human oversight

5.2 Actions that compromise safety

• Spam, phishing, and malware
• Disrupting or interfering with the operation of the service
• Bypassing security filters

5.3 Harmful content

• Hate speech and discriminatory content
• Harassment, bullying, and intimidation
• Content inciting violence, extremism, or terrorism
• Content promoting self-harm or suicide

5.4 False information and fraud

• Scams and fraudulent content
• Undisclosed impersonation and fake identities
• False claims of professional or institutional authority
• Political and health-related misinformation
• Presenting AI-generated content as genuine real-life footage

5.5 Other prohibited content

• Any sexualized content involving minors (absolutely prohibited and reported to authorities)
• Non-consensual intimate imagery
• Explicit sexual content (except in non-sexual contexts such as art or fitness)

6. Exceptions

Educational, documentary, scientific, and artistic content may qualify for an exception, but only where the public benefit clearly outweighs the potential harm.

We scan and filter images and prompts in real time, intercepting violating requests before generation and reviewing and removing content after generation.

7.3 Community engagement

We encourage users to report problem content through accessible channels, and every report receives a prompt response.

Enforcement escalates according to the nature and severity of the violation:

• Temporary or permanent account suspension
• Reporting to law enforcement and legal action
